Terms of Service

WARRANTY

1. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
   

2. Any product used for racing, competition, or off-road applications will void warranty coverage.

3. Freight charges related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

4. All products sold by Davey Parts & Accessories are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

5. New products may also be covered under additional manufacturer warranties where applicable.

6. Any suspected faulty product must be returned to Davey Parts & Accessories for assessment. No warranty claim can be processed without inspection.

7. Davey Parts & Accessories accepts no liability for labour costs, consequential loss, or damage resulting from the failure of any part supplied.

8. We will replace, repair, or refund (at our discretion) any product deemed faulty due to manufacturing defects following inspection.

9. All goods remain the property of Davey Parts & Accessories until full payment is received.

RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR REFUND

Goods returned for credit or refund will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Prior approval from management is required for all credit/refund requests.

2. All approved returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date.

3. Goods must be returned to Davey Parts & Accessories at the address provided by our customer service team.

4. No returns will be processed without a valid invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return.

5. Returned goods must be complete, undamaged, unused, and in original packaging suitable for resale.

6. All items must be securely packaged for return. Davey Parts & Accessories accepts no responsibility for goods damaged in return transit.

7. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Freight must be prepaid.

8. Approved returns are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee, excluding any original delivery charges.

9. Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price of the returned product.

NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR

1. Electrical items (e.g., sensors, switches, wiring looms, modules).

2. Purchases where the customer has changed their mind.

3. Products specially sourced or ordered at the customer’s request.

4. Items ordered with express freight on behalf of the customer.

5. Items not originally purchased from Davey Parts & Accessories.

6. Clearance or sale items or specially discounted products.

7. Products that are dismantled, damaged, or altered in any way.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The above conditions constitute the basis of agreement between Davey Parts & Accessories and its customers. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Davey Parts & Accessories reserves the right to refuse returns or warranty claims that do not comply with the above conditions.

Please note: Receipt of goods into our warehouse does not imply automatic approval of a credit, refund, or warranty claim.
