Returns & Exchanges

Goods returned for credit or refund will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Prior approval from management is required for all credit/refund requests.
  2. All approved returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  3. Goods must be returned to Davey Parts & Accessories at the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. No returns will be processed without a valid invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
  5. Returned goods must be complete, undamaged, unused, and in original packaging suitable for resale.
  6. All items must be securely packaged for return. Davey Parts & Accessories accepts no responsibility for goods damaged in return transit.
  7. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Freight must be prepaid.
  8. Approved returns are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee, excluding any original delivery charges.Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price of the returned product.

No credit or refund will be issues for:

  1. Electrical items (e.g., sensors, switches, wiring looms, modules).
  2. Purchases where the customer has changed their mind.
  3. Products specially sourced or ordered at the customer’s request.
  4. Items ordered with express freight on behalf of the customer.
  5. Items not originally purchased from Davey Parts & Accessories.
  6. Clearance or sale items or specially discounted products.
  7. Products that are dismantled, damaged, or altered in any way.
